• Three storey, comprising of shell only retail to ground floor, and shell only office
space to first and second floors
Building 2 Community Building
• Three storey, comprising of double height sports hall office space, training and
counselling space and terrace area
Social Housing
• 8 Nr. social housing units and associated siteworks
Public Realm Works
• Hard and soft landscaping to remainder of site; including feature canopies and covered areas
