The Rural Community Support Service connects individuals with relevant services and support, acting as a bridge between residents and local resources. The Service makes home visits to older people to help them with free support & assistance.
This contract is for an initial three (3) year term with an option to extend for a further two (2) years in twelve (12) month instalments.
