These works are the partial or complete internal redecoration of Karbon Homes’ occupied or unoccupied properties as identified in the Tender Specification and Pricing Document.

These properties may be located anywhere in the Karbon Homes / 54N geographical area, including all properties managed by Karbon Homes’ cost-sharing vehicle (Karbon Solutions), as shown on the map included in the appendices.
