The services will be predominantly for adults but will also provide support for children and young people, in partnership with other agencies. The successful Contractor will be required to work in close partnership with other relevant Services and statutory agencies as part of the system response to Domestic Abuse and to support overall Service delivery. The service will form part of a whole system response to domestic abuse, including identification, referral and triage of victims. Providing support to victims and associated victims (i.e. children), supporting the Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conference (MARAC) and High Risk Domestic Abuse (HRDA) process, and post intervention step down or recovery. The service will also engage with local processes surrounding perpetrators of domestic abuse, such as at the High Harm Perpetrator Panel to further support the safeguarding of the victim and to reduce the risk to the victim of future abuse. The Commissioner is seeking an organisation that will effectively deliver this contract but also work as a key partner helping improve and develop future approaches to Domestic Abuse.
