Description

The Council invites response to this Invitation to Tender (ITT) from suitably qualified suppliers ("Suppliers") for the provision of cleaning services to the Councils six public toilets.

Key objective of the Tender is to appoint a competent supplier to provide high quality cleaning services to the Council's public toilets with provide a positive image of the area, both for local service users as well as visitors and tourists.

The current contract commenced in 2016.

The Tender is for the delivery of the Public Toilet cleaning contract for the six facilities operated by Council:

a Eastcliff (New facility 2025)

b The Point (New facility 2025)

c Quay Road (New facility 2025)

d The Den (New facility 2025)

e Lower Brook Street (Remodelled facility 2025)

f Jubilee Shelter (existing)
