Residential New Build - Talybont, Brickyards

The University are undertaking Pre-Market engagement for the procurement for the provision of:

Lot 1: Project and Cost Management Services – Appointment of one Consultant

Lot 2: Multi-Disciplinary Design Team Services – Appointment of one Consultant

For a new build student residential scheme at the Talybont ‘brickyards’ site. The initial appointment is to undertake sufficient design to achieve planning permission and secure external funding for the project.

The objectives for the engagement are:

To establish the level of interest in the scheme

Identify any common concerns or queries

The University are able to offer Teams meetings of 30 minutes duration to discuss the project. These meetings are not mandatory, if you are interested in the project but unable to attend the meeting, please register your interest to enable us to plan the procurement.
