GWR Supply, delivery and installation Furniture for GWR estates

This project is for the provision of furniture across Great Western Railway (GWR) locations within its network, which spans from London Paddington to Penzance, parts of Wales, and the South of England.

GWR intends to appoint a single supplier under a two-year framework agreement to supply, deliver, and, where applicable, install furniture across a range of environments including customer-facing, operational, and office areas

This is a closed framework agreement with a fixed duration of two (2) year agreement with an option to extend for two further years on a yearly basis (1+1). Once awarded, no new suppliers will be admitted to the framework during this term.

The framework agreement will represent a pre-agreed set of Terms & Conditions, Scope of Services and Schedule of Rates.
