PROC 7514 - Electrical sub-station upgrade programme

The London fire Commissioner is engaged in a Carbon Net Zero programme which involves increasing electrical consumption across our estate. the current sub-station infrastructure is insufficient to meet our future needs and needs to be upgraded.

We seek to engage with the market to understand the most appropriate methods to secure contractor(s) to deliver these works.
