Compliance Reporting

This contract delivers the UK’s statutory reporting against The Air Quality Standards Regulations (2010) and retained EU law. The UK is required to collect, manage, and report air quality data to demonstrate compliance with statutory limit values, target values, long term objectives and critical levels set for the protection of human health and ecosystems.

This contract involves the coordination of air quality evidence (including measurements from the national monitoring networks and modelled data from Defra’s model(s) (produced under The Modelling Ambient Air Quality (MAAQ) contract) into official dataflows for statutory reporting, accessible files for public consumption and into a formal annual compliance report.
