Day Opportunities

The Council is establishing updated contracting arrangements for high-quality Day Opportunities, including a range of activities, work and learning opportunities in the City for adults who may have one or more of the following support needs:

• Learning Disabilities and who may also be autistic

• Neurodivergent and who may also be autistic

• Acquired Brain Injuries (ABI)

Services will be broken down into 5 Lots:

• Lot 1: Learning Disabilities and who may also be autistic

• Lot 2: Neurodivergent and who may also be autistic

• Lot 3: Acquired Brain Injuries (ABI)

• Lot 4: Learning Disabilities and who may also be autistic with additional high care and support needs

• Lot 5: Neurodivergent and who may also be autistic with additional high care and support needs

Lots 4 and 5 are for the provision of Day Opportunities (High Care and Support) for Adults with Learning Disabilities who may also be autistic and for Neurodivergent Adults who may also be autistic, who have been assessed by the Council as having needs and behaviours that would be considered complex.

Please note values are based on estimates and will vary based on referrals throughout the life of the contracts.
