West Berkshire Council is preparing to launch a tender for the replacement and new procurement of Vehicle Activated Signs (VAS) and School Flashing Signs (SFS), including a built-in maintenance programme over a 10-year contract.
Before we go live with the formal invitation to tender, we are inviting the market to review the draft specification, and share initial feedback to help shape the final requirements.
