Care in Your Home Partnership - Meet the Buyer / Market Engagement Event
Description
Herefordshire Council will be running a Market Engagement event for all businesses interested in delivering home care under a new framework, called Care In Your Home (CIYH) Partnership.
Herefordshire Council has a statutory duty, under the Care Act 2014, to provide home care services for residents with assessed eligible needs, in order to enable them to remain safe and independent in their own homes for longer, reducing or delaying the need for more formal health and social care services.
Due to the summer holidays and continuing hot weather, we have taken the decision to hold the
three sessions online only. Dates of the engagement:
Online Sessions (via Microsoft teams)
The online engagement sessions will be limited to 2 attendees per provider, to facilitate wider discussion and engagement for all participants.
This engagement follows on from our initial provider sessions in June, as we continue to develop
the CIYH model, before decisions are finalised.
Please note that each session will cover the same content, therefore there is no need to attend more than one session.
ALL SUPPLIERS WHO WISH TO ATTEND WOULD NEED TO EXPRESS THEIR INTEREST by 13:00 on Monday 20 July 2026.
To secure your place e-mail Chloe and Jess at ciyh@herefordshire.gov.uk Please use subject heading in email "CIYH Engagement Events" and confirm:
• Your organisation name
• Name, position and e-mail address of your attendee(s)
• The session you wish to attend - please confirm date and time
Please note: We will send the invitations to registered attendees on the afternoon of Monday 20
July and we will be unable to admit any attendees who have not booked in advance of the
sessions.
