Procure Plus intends to procure and enter into a framework for the installation of low and zero carbon technologies within social housing properties and properties across the wider public sector. The framework covers the assessment, design and coordination of retrofit measures and the installation of air source heat pumps, ground source heat pumps, electric heating, solar PV and battery storage as well as multimeasure retrofit works which also include insulation and ventilation.
