PSNI Property Management Services Contract 2026

The service provider is required to deliver the client's estate management strategy for the continued development of the PSNI's buildings and facilities under the following service areas: Security; Safety, Health, Environment And Quality (SHEQ); Audit; Financial Control And Management; Procurement And Contracts Management; Sustainability; Help Desk; Asset Management; Maintenance; Utilities Management; and Completion And Settlement And Variable Services. The contract will be awarded on the basis the Most Economically Advantageous Tenders (MEAT) on the basis of a price, quality and social value assessment.
