Provision of Executive Leadership Strategy Development

The Authority is looking to appoint one supplier to deliver Executive Leadership Strategy Development Support. The successful supplier will be skilled and experienced in delivering initiatives at Director/CEO level within a public sector context.

These events will be for but not limited to the Authority Permanent Secretaries and Director Generals.

The scope of delivery includes but is not limited to the following:

Facilitation support to optimise the performance, cohesion and collaboration of executive teams and boards to provide strategic alignment and resolve collective leadership challenges

Facilitate critical conversations focused on strategy, governance, and major organisational transformation to optimise organisational performance

Provide interventions to support the development, resilience, and well-being of the team to sustain performance in a high complexity, high demand, change environment

Facilitated challenge and support to enhance individual and collective leadership capability and impact particularly in the context of leading organisational change.
