Building Compliance - Multi-Lot Tender

On the 21st March 2025 Platform issued a pre-market engagement notice called Building Compliance - Multi Lot Tender (notice identifier 2025/S 000-010571). This was issued with the intention of carrying out pre-market engagement ahead of issuing a tender notice and Invitation to Tender. However, after the pre-market engagement sessions we reflected on our requirements and took time to improve our specifications and widen our scope. Therefore, we are reissuing this pre-market engagement notice with the intention to issue the revised tender out to the market post engagement.

The scope of works includes:

• Lot 1 Ventilation

• Lot 2 Air-conditioning

• Lot 3 Catering Equipment

• Lot 4 Sewerage Treatment Works

• Lot 5 Playground Equipment

• Lot 6 Lightning Conductors and Falls Protection Equipment

• Lot 8 Radon Surveys

• Lot 9a – Water Mains

• Lot 9b - Drainage

Lot 7 is missing as, due to the value and nature of the requirement, will be procured separate to this tender.
