Key features include workflow automation, role-based access control, audit trails, deadline tracking, and customisable templates to ensure timely and compliant handling of all requests. In addition to case tracking and workflow management, the system includes functionality to publish an FOI Disclosure Log, enabling public access to previously released FOI responses in compliance with transparency obligations.
