Description

The Borough Council Of Sandwell ("the Council") invites Competitive Tender Responses, for the provision of a Sandwell Falls Prevention - Improving Strength and Balance Service.

The aim of this service is to focus on primary prevention (i.e. preventing a first injurious fall) by improving on strength and balance, working collaboratively with relevant partners such as our in-house lifestyles service, Healthy Sandwell or with local NHS services for example, to provide falls awareness information and connect residents to reduce social isolation / loneliness.

Participants should note that this Competitive Tender Process falls under the Provider Selection Regime as set out in Part 2; Regulations 6(7) and 11 of the Health and Social Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.
