Description
Derby City Council is seeking to commission a number of Supported Accommodation Block Contracts to supply high quality supported accommodation for Young People in care aged 16/17 years, and care leavers up to the age of 21 years.
Supported accommodation placements will improve a Young Person's skills in the following areas:
• Sustaining a tenancy
• Managing a budget
• Engaging in the local community
• Understanding how to access further support
• Gaining independence skills
