Description
This Market Engagement Questionnaire is being issued in conjunction with the Outline Specification to seek feedback. We would invite interested contractors to complete and return the questionnaire by 12pm 16 September 2022 via the portal, in order that we can consider comments in advance of the commencement of the formal procurement process.
We currently have a short-term contract for Kitchen and Bathroom Refurbishments and the contract is due to end March 2023. We aim to have a 3-year contract with the option to extend for a 1 year, estimated value £7m - £8m.
