Future Employment Support - EOI

Fedcap is inviting organisations across England to register their interest in partnering with Fedcap to deliver the Department for Work and Pensions' Future Employment Support programme.

We're looking for organisations with strong local relationships, specialist expertise and a commitment to helping people overcome barriers to employment. Whether you're an SME, VCSE, employer network, training provider, health organisation or community partner, we'd like to hear from you.

As a not-for-profit organisation delivering employment, skills and health services across the UK, we believe the strongest employment services are built through genuine local partnerships. We invest in long-term relationships with organisations that bring local knowledge, trusted community connections and specialist support that complements our own delivery.

We are keen to hear from organisations that can bring expertise and local insight to future service delivery, including (but not limited to):

Employability, skills and training providers

Local, community-based and VCSE organisations

Employer engagement, recruitment and business support specialists

Health, wellbeing, disability and inclusion support providers

Organisations supporting people facing complex or multiple barriers to employment
