Carriageway Surfacing 26/27 - Phase One

This Scheme will cover the resurfacing of highways on:

• A666 Bolton Road (Infirmary Rd), Blackburn.

• Addington Street, Blackburn

• Audley Street, Blackburn

• Pendle Street, Blackburn

• Borough Road, Darwen

• Branch Road, Lower Darwen

• Roman Road, Blackamoor, Blackburn

• Roman Road, Flash Corner, Blackburn

And will encompass the following works:

• Carriageway inlay resurfacing;

• Adjustment and/or replacement of ironwork;

• Replacement of road markings;

• Liaison with stakeholders and the public;

• Traffic management.
