Description
Provision of professional services to deliver the Government Property Agency's (GPA) Occupancy Messaging Architecture (OMA) programme. The supplier will provide a cross-functional delivery team operating under an agile sprint model to build, maintain, and mature a scalable, enterprise-grade modular data integration layer. This capability enables the automated ingestion, processing, and routing of building occupancy data from WiFi, IoT sensors, and emerging property technologies to improve the accuracy and usability of occupancy insights across the government estate, supporting data-driven workspace optimization and capacity management.
