Contract awarded via G-Cloud 14 Framework (RM1557.14)

The Services to be provided by the Supplier are:

• Cloud digital communication platform (Lot 2: Cloud software):

omnichannel email, SMS and WhatsApp campaigns, single

send, split-test, date-driven and recurrent campaigns, drag

and-drop Smart Editor with template/module library and

Email Forensics preview.

• Forms, preference centres, landing pages, microsites and

articles; marketing automation (autoresponders automated

series, workflow engine) and consultations for digital

democracy; CRM with preferences, groups, filters, accounts,

residents and custom fields.

• Deliverability tooling with official gov.uk / nhs.uk / police.uk

sending domains, DNS/authentications management and

24/7/365 monitoring; real-time analytics and custom

reporting; REST API (Open API/Swagger) and standard

intergrations (Microsoft 365, Zapier, LocalGovDrupal).

Optional e-shot modules and services: Events module; additional

domains; additional accounts (shared or separate contacts); SMS

and WhatsApp volume; and professional services (platform/account

setup, template design, preference centres, custom reports,

managed GovDelivery/Mailchimp migration, bespoke development,

consultancy, project management and bespoke training) - priced in

schedule 2 and the SFIA rate card.
