Public Order (PSU) Suits

Award notice for PSU suits and the associated undergarments.

This is a direct award to two suppliers. Derby Unitex using lot 2 of the BLC0069 PSU Clothing and Equipment framework, and Mi Hub T/A Yaffy using lot 6 of the YPO 001204 PPE Workwear, Uniform and Managed Services framework.

For Derby Unitex there is 4 separate call-off agreements;

Essex, Kent and Norfolk (on behalf of Norfolk and Suffolk).

Cambridgeshire (on behalf of Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire) have the provision to use this agreement, currently this will be as a secondary source to provide resilience.

For Mi Hub there is one call off agreement for all 7 Forces. Cambridgeshire (on behalf of Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire) will use this as the primary source. Essex, Kent and Norfolk (on behalf of Norfolk and Suffolk) have the provision to use this agreement, currently this will be as a secondary source to provide resilience.

Both agreements are for an initial 1-year term until 30th September 2027 with 3 x optional 1-year extensions giving an ultimate end date of 30th September 2030.
