# TenderTracker UK
> UK public sector contract search engine

TenderTracker UK (https://tendertracker.co.uk) is a free search platform (a free account unlocks full access; public contract pages are browsable without one) that aggregates UK public sector contract notices from the two official government procurement portals into one searchable index:
- Find a Tender Service (FTS) - the central digital platform under the Procurement Act 2023: notices for procurements started since 24 February 2025, above and below threshold (below-threshold from £12,000 central government, £30,000 wider public sector)
- Contracts Finder - notices for procurements started under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, including their awards and framework call-offs, plus earlier sub-threshold opportunities

## Dataset
- Sources: Find a Tender Service and Contracts Finder official APIs
- Update cadence: hourly incremental sync, weekly 14-day backfill
- Coverage: notices published from June 2021 to present
- Notices tracked: 286,341 (206,368 from Find a Tender, 79,973 from Contracts Finder)
- Open for bids right now: 3,365 (status active, deadline ahead); planned procurements in the pipeline: 16,143
- Last updated: 2026-11-02
- Value totals exclude notices stated above £1 billion (typically framework ceilings, not individual contracts)

## Who uses it
- Used by people at over 300 organisations, from sole traders to national construction, engineering and consulting groups, and by staff at 11 government bodies, 2 NHS organisations and a police force. Counted by distinct work email domains among registered accounts; personal email addresses are not counted.
